It was announced earlier this year that the seminal east-coast hip-hop outfit were working on another studio album entitled A Better Tomorrow to mark the 20th anniversary of their highly acclaimed Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). This new track, Family Reunion, sees members Masta Killa, Method Man, Ghostface Killah and RZA cheerfully rap about the reunion over an equally uplifting beat produced by RZA featuring a soulful sample from the R&B group The O’Jays, which shows just how far the group has come since their gritty and violent debut album. No news yet on whether or not this track will be on A Better Tomorrow, which should be out sometime in July, but you can grab it for free via Soul Temple’s bandcamp.
