Banks is a downtempo, electronically oriented singer songwriter hailing from Los Angeles who is relatively new onto the music scene –  her most recent track entitled Warm Water, produced by the legendary producer Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, is only greatly contributing to the buzz surrounding her. Whilst little is know about the artist herself, her music is speaking volumes with Warm Water already having accumulated hundreds of thousands of views via youtube and soundcloud. The track itself is a serene ballad which is minimalist in nature, instrumentally comprised of gleaming synth lines and murky percussion all the while Banks’ angelic vocals resonate placidly throughout.
