Titled AM, the Arctic Monkey’s will release their 5th studio album September 9 via Domino. Following a paradigm shift post Suck it and See, the Sheffield boys delved into more prog. rock-enthused songs, with singles such as ‘R u Mine?’ & ‘Evil Twin.’ The first official single ‘Do I wanna Know’ reaffirms this direction the band are heading in, with a much more refined and classic rock sound, characterised by thumping drums and some sinister, deep purple-esque lead guitar form Alex and Jamie.

The album will feature contributions from the likes of Josh Homme and Elvis Costello, who are long time collaborators of the band, dating back to Humbug.
