The budding Julian Malone, Chicago based producer and MC, has upped the hype for his ‘Diff.Rnt’ project with his new very appropriately named single entitled ‘Chill’. Whilst the track may only 1 minute 46 seconds long, it will undoubtedly have listeners abusing the replay button with Julians slick flow and the personality he brings to his music being as existent as always. According to an interview he did with Timeoutchicago, The 20 year old is becoming known for his lyrics with an emphasis on street violence and crime (which has slowly come to characterize much of the chicago hip hop scene), instead choosing to focus on inwardly toward family, relationships and the frustrations of adolescence. The illustrious 20 year old will be definitely worth keeping a close eye on in for all future endeavours if he is able to maintain such consistency in his music as he has so far.
